Cover produced in 2000 to mark Her Majesty The Queen Mother's 100th birthday, with collague photographic artwork showing the Queen Mother with various members of the Royal Family, also shown are Hurricanes during the Battle of Britain in 1940, the Queen Mum with Winston Churchill in WWII, the Red Arrows and inspecting troops.

The cover has been flown in a Twin Squirrel of No 32 (The Royal) Squadron from RAF Northolt to RAF Brize Norton and return. The cover bears Queen Mother's Century 9p Falkland Islands stamp cancelled with Crown Agents Stamp Burean Cachet.
