The cover shows the Military Medal which was famously awarded to the WAAFs at Biggin Hill for remaining at their posted during a heavy Luftwaffe attack and bears definitive stamp cancelled with RAF Biggin Hill 11 Group 92 Squadron Spitfire postmark on 15 September 2000.
